How much notice do I need to give before canceling?

Velocity Global (Pebl) requires a minimum of 30 days' written notice to initiate offboarding. However, for workers in certain countries, local statutory notice periods may legally extend this timeline further. Your actual contract may also specify a different notice period, so review your signed service agreement.

Are there cancellation or early termination fees?

There are no published early termination fees. However, all fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated based on when you cancel. You remain responsible for all invoices and uninvoiced amounts through the effective termination date, including any billing that accrues during the offboarding period.

What happens to my workers after I cancel?

Pebl will manage the compliant offboarding of all supported workers in accordance with local labor laws — including final pay calculations, severance if applicable, and statutory notice obligations. Your obligations as the client company (such as severance decisions or transition of work) must also be fulfilled before offboarding is complete.

Can I reactivate my account after canceling?

Yes, you can re-engage Velocity Global/Pebl for future hires. However, platform access and all associated data may be deleted upon termination per their Terms of Use. You would likely need to start a new service agreement. Contact sales@hellopebl.com to reactivate.

What happens to my company data after the account is closed?

Per Pebl's Terms of Use, upon termination of your credentials, Pebl has no obligation to maintain your data and may immediately delete all information previously provided through the platform, including worker records and documents, without notice. Export all necessary records (contracts, payroll history, compliance documents) before the termination date.

Log in to the Pebl platform

Go to cloud.hellopebl.com and sign in with your company credentials. Velocity Global rebranded to Pebl in 2025; the platform and all contracts remain active under the new name.

Locate your dedicated Client Account Manager

Velocity Global assigns every client a dedicated Client Account Manager (CAM) during onboarding. Check your onboarding emails or the platform dashboard for their name and direct email. If you cannot find it, navigate to the Help or Support section in the platform.

Send written notice of termination

Email your Client Account Manager (or support@hellopebl.com if you cannot reach them) with a clear written notice stating you wish to terminate your service agreement. Include your company name, the effective termination date, and a list of all supported workers to be offboarded. Per the Global Hiring Agreement, you must provide at least 30 days' notice before the desired offboarding date.

Confirm receipt and agree on an offboarding timeline

Your CAM will acknowledge the written notice and provide a formal offboarding plan. Note that obligations continue until Pebl completes offboarding for all supported workers — the actual offboarding period may legally exceed 30 days depending on the workers' countries of employment and local statutory notice requirements.

Complete employee offboarding

Work with Pebl's team to ensure each supported worker is offboarded in compliance with their local labor laws (final pay, severance, statutory notice periods, revoking system access). Pebl handles the compliance aspects, but you remain responsible for business-side decisions such as severance agreements.

Settle all outstanding invoices

You are responsible for payment of all invoices and uninvoiced billing amounts through the effective termination date. All fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated based on offboarding timing. Review and pay any final invoices sent by Pebl.

Confirm account closure and data deletion

After offboarding is complete and invoices are settled, confirm in writing that the contract is terminated. Per the Terms of Use, Pebl may delete your platform data (account, worker records, documents) upon termination without further notice. Request a data export before the termination date if you need to retain records.
