Can I still use Evie chargers after cancelling my subscription?

Yes, you can continue to use Evie charging stations without a subscription by paying casual (pay-as-you-go) rates via the app or an Evie Pass RFID card. Your subscription benefits (discounted rates) cease at the end of your final paid billing period.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Generally no. Evie Networks' terms state there is no right to a refund for standard cancellations. The exception is if Evie Networks changes your subscription plan, fees, or terms in a detrimental way — in that case you must notify them within 30 days of their notice and you'll receive a pro-rata refund for any prepaid unused period.

When does my cancellation take effect?

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period, provided you notify Evie Networks more than 5 business days before the end of that period. Open the Evie app on your mobile device (iOS or Android). Ensure you are logged in to the account you wish to cancel.

Navigate to Account Settings

Tap your profile icon or the menu in the app to access your Account settings. Look for 'Account' or 'Profile' in the navigation menu.

Select 'Delete Account' (for full account removal)

To delete your account entirely, locate and tap the 'Delete Account' option in account settings. Note: once deleted, your account and all charge history cannot be recovered.
