Yes. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access for the entire paid period.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Spline's policy states all payments are non-refundable unless they determine otherwise. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period. Refunds may be considered for billing errors or duplicate charges — contact support@spline.design.

How do I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

You can reactivate at any time by logging back into your Spline account and re-subscribing to a plan from the Settings or Billing section.

What happens to my projects and files after cancellation?

Your files and projects remain accessible in your account after cancellation. You will be downgraded to the free tier limits once your billing period ends, but data is not deleted.

Does Spline send a reminder before auto-renewing?

Sign in to Spline

Go to spline.design and sign in to your account with your email and password.

Open your profile menu

Click your profile avatar or icon in the top-right corner of the Spline dashboard to open the account dropdown menu.

Go to Settings

Select "Settings" (or "Account Settings") from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to the Subscription/Billing tab

Inside Settings, locate and click on the "Subscription" or "Billing" tab to view your current plan details.

Click "Cancel Plan"

Find and click the "Cancel Plan" button on the subscription/billing page.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts — Spline may show a confirmation dialog asking you to verify your decision. Confirm to complete the cancellation.
