Log in to DraftKings
Visit draftkings.com or open the DraftKings app and sign in with your credentials.
Withdraw your remaining balance
Navigate to 'My Account' and select 'Withdraw'. Transfer all funds to your bank account or linked payment method before proceeding.
Go to Responsible Gaming Settings
Click on your profile or account menu and find 'Responsible Gaming' or 'Account Settings'.
Request account closure or self-exclusion
In the Responsible Gaming section, you can request self-exclusion or account closure. For full deactivation, contact DraftKings support via live chat or email at help@draftkings.com.
Confirm your request
DraftKings will process your closure or deactivation request and send a confirmation email. Note that like FanDuel, DraftKings retains account records per state regulatory requirements.
