Log In to Shadow

Go to shadow.tech and sign in to your account.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile icon and navigate to My Account.

Go to Subscription

Click on the Subscription or Plan section.

Request Cancellation

Click Cancel Subscription and select your reason for leaving.

Back Up Your Data

Before your subscription ends, download any important files from your Shadow PC. All data on the cloud PC will be deleted after cancellation.

Confirm Cancellation

Confirm the cancellation. Your Shadow PC remains accessible until the end of the billing period, after which all data is permanently erased.
