Can I still watch Go3 content after I cancel?

Yes. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can check the exact final access date in the 'Plan Information' section of My Account. After that date, content will no longer be accessible.

Will I receive a refund after cancelling?

Go3 does not publicly state a refund policy in their help documentation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, meaning you are not charged again but no prorated refund is issued for the remaining days. For specific refund requests, contact Go3 customer support.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by logging back into your account and choosing a subscription plan. Your profile, settings, and viewing history are preserved after cancellation, so everything will be as you left it.

What if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

If you subscribed via Apple App Store, you must cancel through Apple (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Go3 → Cancel). If you subscribed via Google Play, go to Google Play → Subscriptions → Go3 → Cancel subscription. Go3 itself cannot cancel third-party billing subscriptions.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Yes. Go3 offers a pause option for 1, 2, or 3 months. During the pause no payments are charged and your account, profile, and viewing history are fully preserved. The subscription resumes automatically after the selected pause period. Use the same cancellation flow in 'Plan Information' and choose 'Pause subscription' instead.

I have a contract with Go3 or a partner provider — how do I cancel?

If your Go3 subscription is bundled with a partner such as Home3, Bite, or Tele2, you must contact that provider directly to cancel. If you have a direct contract with Go3, contact Go3 customer support via chat or email. Be aware that terminating a contract before the end date may involve an early termination fee.

Open go3.tv in a web browser

Navigate to go3.tv in a desktop or mobile web browser. Cancellation is NOT possible through the Go3 TV app or mobile app — it must be done via the website.

Log in to your account

Click the profile icon in the top right corner and sign in with your Go3 email and password.

Go to 'My Account'

Click your profile icon or name in the top right corner and select 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

Open 'Plan Information'

Inside My Account, find and click the 'Plan Information' section. Here you can see your current active subscription and billing details.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Click the 'Cancel subscription' button. The system will then present you with retention alternatives before allowing you to proceed.

Review retention offers and alternatives

Go3 will present special offers such as cheaper plan options, new content highlights, or the option to 'Pause subscription' for 1, 2, or 3 months (no charges during pause). Review these and decline if you wish to proceed with cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

After declining the retention offers, confirm your cancellation. You will see your subscription end date in 'Plan Information' — access continues until that date.
