Jenni AI states that subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refund exceptions are only considered if you can demonstrate a verified bug or service error via a support call. Contact support@jenni.ai to request a review.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Log back in to app.jenni.ai, go to Account Settings → Subscription, and choose a plan to resubscribe at any time. Your previous data should still be accessible.

What happens to my documents and data after cancellation?

Your documents are retained in your account. After the paid period ends you will be downgraded to the free tier (limited word count), but your saved documents remain accessible unless you delete your account.

I subscribed via the App Store or Google Play — how do I cancel?

You must cancel through the platform you used to subscribe. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Jenni AI → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Jenni AI → Cancel. Cancelling on the Jenni website will NOT stop App Store or Play Store charges.

What if I forgot to cancel before the renewal date?

Contact support@jenni.ai as soon as possible after the charge. While the standard policy is no refunds, support may make an exception for accidental renewals if contacted promptly, especially if it is within a day or two of the charge.

Log in to Jenni AI

Go to app.jenni.ai and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Account Settings

Click on your profile avatar or account icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Subscription / Billing

In the Account Settings panel, click on the 'Subscription' or 'Billing' tab in the left-hand menu.

Click 'Manage Subscription'

On the Subscription page, click the 'Manage Subscription' button to open your current plan details.

Select 'Cancel Subscription'

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' link or button. You may be shown a retention prompt asking why you are cancelling or offering a discount to stay.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Yes, Cancel' (or equivalent confirm button) to finalise the cancellation. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Check for confirmation email

Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Jenni AI at your registered address. Keep this as proof of cancellation.
