Can I cancel directly in my account settings without contacting support?

No. Salesflare does not offer a self-service cancellation button. You must contact their support team via live chat or email at support@salesflare.com to cancel your subscription.

Will I get a refund after canceling?

No. Salesflare explicitly states that past invoices are not refundable. Your paid plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period, and you will simply not be charged again after that.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

When you cancel, Salesflare deletes your team and associated data. If you need to export your data first, do so before requesting cancellation — go to Settings and use the export options available for contacts, accounts, and opportunities.

Can I reactivate my account after canceling?

You would need to contact Salesflare support to inquire about reactivation. Since cancellation involves deleting your team, reactivation (with data restored) may not be possible — it would likely require starting a new account.

What happens to unused time if I cancel mid-billing-cycle?

You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Salesflare does not issue refunds for unused time remaining in a paid period. If you had disabled users or downgraded prior to canceling, any credits from those actions would have been applied to future invoices automatically.

How long does it take for support to process the cancellation?

Salesflare's live chat is typically responsive during business hours. Email responses may take up to one business day. The cancellation itself is processed immediately once confirmed by the support team.

Log in to Salesflare

Go to salesflare.com and log in to your account with your credentials.

Open the live chat or prepare an email

To cancel, you must contact Salesflare support directly. Either click the live chat bubble (bottom-right corner of any page on salesflare.com or app.salesflare.com) or compose an email to support@salesflare.com.

Request cancellation

Tell the support agent or write in your email: 'I would like to cancel my Salesflare subscription and delete my team.' Include your account email address to help them identify your account.

Provide cancellation reason (prompted)

Salesflare will ask for feedback on why you are leaving. This is a standard feedback request and not a mandatory retention step — you can keep your answer brief or decline. They may offer to schedule a personal call to help improve your use of Salesflare or point you to how-to videos as a retention attempt.

Confirm cancellation

Once support processes your request, you will receive a confirmation. Your subscription remains active until just before your next scheduled renewal date, after which you will no longer be charged.
