Locate your Sales Order or Statement of Work (SOW). Find the 'Term and Termination' or 'Renewal' section to identify the required advance notice period before your renewal date (typically 30–90 days). Missing this window will auto-renew your contract for another full annual term.

Contact your Account Manager

Reach out to your assigned Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to notify them of your intent not to renew or to terminate early. This is informal notice — initiate it well before the notice deadline to allow time for any negotiations.

Send formal written notice
