Do I still have access to Premium features after cancelling?

Yes. Cancelling stops the auto-renewal but you retain full Premium access until the end of your current paid subscription period.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

EliteSingles generally does not issue refunds. The only exception is if you cancel within the first 3 days of your initial purchase and paid in advance. For disputes, contact Customer Care via the help form — response times can be up to 72 hours.

Does cancelling delete my EliteSingles profile?

No. Cancelling only stops the Premium subscription and reverts your account to the free tier. To fully delete your profile, go to My Account, scroll to 'Delete my account', click the link, provide a reason, and click 'Continue'. You must cancel your paid subscription before deleting your account.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Go to My Account → Membership and click 'Reactivate' to restore auto-renewal and upgrade back to Premium.

What if I subscribed through the iOS or Android app?

If you subscribed via the App Store, cancel through iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → EliteSingles → Cancel. If via Google Play, open the Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → EliteSingles - Serious Dating → Cancel Subscription. Website cancellation will not work for app-based subscriptions.

How early should I cancel before my renewal date?

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. EliteSingles does not send advance renewal reminders, so check your billing date in the Membership section and set your own reminder.

Log in to your account

Go to elitesingles.com and sign in with your registered email address and password.

Open My Account

Click your profile icon or name in the top navigation, then select 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Membership settings

Inside My Account, click on the 'Membership' section to view your current subscription details.

Click Cancel

Locate your active Premium membership and click the 'Cancel' button next to it.

Select a cancellation reason

Choose a reason for cancelling from the list of options provided, then click 'Continue'.

Confirm with your password

Enter your EliteSingles account password in the confirmation field, then click 'Confirm' to finalise the cancellation.

Check for confirmation email

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email to your registered address. If you see the message 'Your cancellation is not yet completed', contact EliteSingles Customer Care via their help form to complete the process manually.
