Do I keep my Flow credits after cancelling?

Yes. Any credits you have already earned through your subscription are retained after cancellation. You can use them to purchase perpetual licenses, and any plug-ins already bought with credits remain permanently licensed to you.

Can I get a refund when I cancel my Flow subscription?

Softube does not offer refunds for incomplete subscription periods on Flow subscriptions (Mixing Suite, Mastering Suite). The 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy applies to one-time software purchases only, not recurring subscriptions.

Can I reactivate my Flow subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe to a Flow suite at any time. Your previously earned credits and perpetual licenses remain intact, and you will continue accumulating new credits once you resubscribe. Note that the current Terms and EULA at the time of reactivation will apply.

Go to softube.com and click the account icon or 'Sign In' in the top navigation. Enter your email and password to log into your Softube account.

Navigate to My Account

Once logged in, click on your account name or profile icon in the top-right corner to access the 'My Account' page.

Open the My Subscription tab

Within the My Account page, locate and click on the 'My Subscription' tab. This is where all active subscriptions (Flow Mixing Suite, Flow Mastering Suite, etc.) are listed.

Select the subscription to cancel
