Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Log in to Folk

Go to app.folk.app and sign in to your Folk account.

Open Settings

Click your workspace name or avatar in the bottom-left corner, then select 'Settings' from the menu.

Navigate to Plans

In the Settings sidebar, click on 'Plans' to open your current subscription details.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

In the top right-hand corner of the Plans page, click the 'Cancel subscription' button.

Submit cancellation feedback

Folk will prompt you to provide a reason for cancelling. Select a reason from the options provided and submit the feedback form to confirm cancellation.
