1

Review your contract end date

Log in to Genesys Cloud at https://login.mypurecloud.com and navigate to Admin > Account Settings > Subscription (legacy nav) or Menu > Account > Subscription (new nav) to find your current subscription term end date. Note that written non-renewal notice must be submitted at least 60 days before the end date or the contract auto-renews.

2

Locate your Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Find the contact details of your assigned Genesys CSM from your original onboarding email, your company's procurement records, or by logging into the My Support Portal at https://genesys.my.site.com/customercare/GenesysCommunityLogin. The CSM is the primary contact for all contract changes including cancellation.

3

Access the My Support Portal

If you do not have a CSM contact, log in to the My Support Portal at https://genesys.my.site.com/customercare/GenesysCommunityLogin using your designated support contact credentials. Note: setting up portal access can take up to 48 business hours if you have not used it before. Alternatively, use the contact form at https://genesys.my.site.com/customercare/CustomerCareContactUs.

4

Submit written non-renewal notice

Send a formal written non-renewal notice to your CSM or via the Support Portal. The notice must explicitly state you are not renewing and must be submitted at least 60 days before the subscription term end date. Reference your account name, subscription term end date, and Services Order number. Keep a copy with a timestamp for your records.

5

Export all your data

Before or immediately after cancellation is confirmed, export all data via Admin > Analytics or the scheduled exports tool (Admin > Data Management). Export files are available as hourly/daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly downloads delivered via email. Act promptly: all platform data is permanently purged 30 days after contract termination with no recovery option.

6

Confirm cancellation and settle final invoice

Receive written confirmation of your cancellation from Genesys. Review and pay the final invoice covering any outstanding charges through the end of your current term. Once confirmed, your organization will be deactivated at the contract end date and data purged after the 30-day grace period.
