Sign into Google Admin Console
Go to admin.google.com and sign in with your Google Workspace administrator account.
Navigate to Billing
In the Admin Console, go to 'Billing' > 'Subscriptions' to see your active Google Workspace plan.
Select your subscription
Click on your Google Workspace subscription (Business Starter, Standard, Plus, or Enterprise) to open its details.
Cancel the subscription
Click 'Cancel subscription' at the bottom of the page. Google will warn you about data loss and feature removal.
Export your data first
Before confirming, use Google Takeout (takeout.google.com) to export emails, documents, and other data for all users in your organization.
Confirm cancellation
After backing up data, return to the cancellation page and confirm. Your domain and data will be accessible for a short grace period before deletion.

Cancelling Google Workspace means you'll lose custom email addresses (@yourdomain.com), shared drives, advanced admin controls, Google Vault, and increased storage. All user accounts and their data will be scheduled for deletion after a grace period.
