Go to plex.tv and sign in with your Plex account credentials.

Go to Account page

Click your profile icon in the top right and select 'Account' from the dropdown menu.

Find Plex Pass subscription

Scroll down to the 'Plex Pass' section on your account page, which shows your current plan and billing details.

Cancel Plex Pass
