Sign in to Ubisoft Connect

Go to ubisoftconnect.com or open the Ubisoft Connect desktop app and sign in to your Ubisoft account.

Go to Ubisoft+ subscription

Click your profile icon and select "Ubisoft+" or navigate to ubisoft.com/en-US/ubisoft-plus to manage your subscription.

Access subscription settings

On the Ubisoft+ page, click "Manage Subscription" to open your billing and cancellation options.

Cancel your subscription

Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your reason. Ubisoft will show you when your current access period ends.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm on the final screen. Your subscription remains active until the period end date. You will receive a confirmation email from Ubisoft.
