Log in to Amplitude
Go to https://amplitude.com and sign in to your account with your credentials.
Open Settings
Click on your organization name or the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the Amplitude dashboard to open Settings.
Navigate to Organization Settings
In the Settings menu, select 'Organization Settings' from the left-hand sidebar.
Go to Plans & Billing
Click on 'Plans & Billing' in the Organization Settings section.
Click Manage Billing
On the Plans & Billing page, click the 'Manage Billing' button to open the billing management portal.
Select Cancel
In the billing portal, locate the cancellation option and click 'Cancel' (or 'Cancel Subscription') to initiate cancellation. This option is available to the original purchaser and all organization admins.
Confirm cancellation
Follow any on-screen confirmation prompts to finalize the cancellation. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period (first day of next month for monthly plans; first day of next year for annual plans).
