Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You will be downgraded to the free plan only once that period expires.

Will my tours and content be deleted?

No. Kuula preserves all your tours, posts, and photos after downgrading. However, hotspots become hidden from public visitors, custom branding reverts to the Kuula logo, and you cannot set new tours to 'Unlisted' (existing unlisted tours remain unlisted).

Cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund. To request one, contact Kuula support at contact@kuula.co within 7 days of your payment date.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

If still within the cancelled billing period, click the 'Restore' link on your Account Settings page. If the plan has already expired, start a new subscription — all previous tours and content will be restored automatically.

I pay via PayPal — do I need to cancel?

No. PayPal subscriptions on Kuula do not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder email when renewal is due and can choose whether to continue. No cancellation action is needed.

What happens to tours I embedded on other sites?

Embedded tours will still display after downgrading, but the Kuula logo branding will reappear on all embeds. Hotspots inside tours will no longer be visible to public visitors on the free plan.

Log in to Kuula

Go to kuula.co and sign in with your email and password.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile avatar or username in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Click 'Manage Subscription'

On the Account Settings page, find your current plan details and click the 'Manage Subscription' link beneath them.

Access the billing portal

A Stripe-powered billing portal will open showing your current plan, billing history, and payment method.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Locate and click the 'Cancel subscription' text link within the billing portal. Note: this is a small text link, not a prominent button.

Confirm the cancellation

Follow the on-screen confirmation prompt to finalize the cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Check for confirmation email

A confirmation email should arrive within a few minutes. If not received, contact Kuula support at contact@kuula.co.
