Log in to ClickUp
Go to app.clickup.com and sign in. You must be the Workspace Owner to cancel a paid plan.

Open Workspace Settings
Click your workspace name in the bottom-left corner and select 'Settings' from the menu.

Go to Billing
In the Settings panel, click 'Billing' in the left sidebar to view your plan details.

Downgrade Plan
Click 'Downgrade' or 'Cancel plan'. ClickUp will show a feature comparison of what you will lose on the free plan.

Confirm Downgrade
Select your reason for downgrading and click 'Confirm downgrade'. ClickUp will send a confirmation email. Paid features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
