1

Log in to ACT Selfcare Portal

Go to https://selfcare.actcorp.in/ and log in using your registered mobile number and OTP.

2

Navigate to Support / Service Request

After logging in, click on the 'Support' or 'Service Request' section in the navigation menu.

3

Submit a Disconnection Request

Select 'Request for Disconnection' from the list of service request types. Fill in your account details and select a reason for cancellation, then click 'Submit'.

4

Wait for ACT Callback

ACT will call you within 48 hours on your registered mobile number to verify your identity and confirm the disconnection date. You must answer this call — if you miss it, the request may be stalled and you may need to resubmit.

5

Confirm Disconnection Date

During the callback, verbally confirm your identity (account number + registered mobile) and agree on the disconnection date with the ACT representative. Your service remains active until that date.

6

Return ACT Router

ACT will schedule a technician to pick up the router (which remains ACT's property). Be present for pickup and request a written receipt — account closure and security deposit refund are withheld until equipment is collected.

7

Confirm Refund of Security Deposit

After the router is collected and account is closed, the security deposit (typically ₹1,000) is refunded to your bank account within 7 working days. Follow up via helpdesk@actcorp.in or call 1800 1022 836 if delayed.
