Log in to Smartlook

Go to https://app.smartlook.com/sign/in and log in with your account credentials.

Open Organization Settings

Click your avatar or initials in the app (top-right or sidebar), then select 'Organization settings' — not 'Account settings', which only controls your personal profile.

Review your Subscription

In Organization settings, navigate to the 'Subscription' section to confirm your current plan, billing interval, and next renewal date. Note the renewal date — cancellation must be requested before it.

Confirm no self-service cancel button exists

Check the 'Plans' section. Upgrades can be done in-app, but downgrades and cancellations are not available via self-service UI. There is no 'Cancel Plan' button.

Email support to cancel

Send an email to support@smartlook.com explicitly requesting cancellation of your subscription. Include your account email, organization name, and state you want to cancel before the next renewal. Keep the confirmation email.

Do NOT rely on removing your payment card

Do not assume that deleting your credit card from billing settings cancels the subscription. Multiple users have been charged at renewal after removing their card. Written cancellation via email is the only reliable method.
