Does MasterClass offer a refund?

Yes. MasterClass offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for annual memberships. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund.

Can I keep watching after cancellation?

Yes, you retain full access to all MasterClass content until your current billing period expires. Cancellation only stops the next renewal charge.

Can I share my MasterClass subscription?

Yes. The Duo and Family plans allow 2 or 6 accounts respectively under one subscription. If cost is the issue, downgrading to a shared plan may be more affordable than cancelling.

Go to masterclass.com and log in to your account.

Access Account Settings

Click your profile picture or name in the top-right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Go to Plans & Billing

In the Settings page, click on "Plans & Billing" in the left navigation menu to view your active subscription.

Cancel your plan

Click the "Cancel Plan" button. MasterClass will present a confirmation screen outlining what you will lose access to.

Confirm your decision

Select your reason for cancelling from the dropdown, then click "Confirm Cancellation". You will receive an email confirmation and retain access until the period ends.
