Log in to your Applitools account
Go to applitools.com and sign in to your account using your credentials.
Check Account Settings for self-service option
Navigate to your Account Settings or Admin Account page (top-right profile menu). Look for a 'Subscription' or 'Billing' section. Applitools' Terms of Service states cancellation can be done 'through Your account page', but this option may not be visible for all plan types.
Compose cancellation email to support
If no self-service cancel button is visible, send an email to support@applitools.com with subject 'Account Cancellation Request'. Include your account email address, account/organization name, and reason for cancellation.
Await confirmation from Applitools support
The Applitools support team will process your cancellation request. Per their documentation, cancellation takes effect immediately upon processing. You may receive a feedback request asking what they could have done better.
Confirm cancellation is active
Check for a confirmation email from Applitools confirming your account has been cancelled and no further charges will be applied.
