Export your data
Before cancelling, export any data you need. Go to your Coralogix dashboard and export logs, metrics, or archives. Note: Coralogix deletes all customer data after termination. If you configured your own S3 bucket, data remains there automatically.
Review your contract terms
Check your subscription type (monthly or annual) and when your current term ends. Annual plans are billed in advance and fees are non-refundable. You must give at least 30 days' written notice before the end of your current term to avoid auto-renewal.
Contact support via in-app chat or email
Open the Coralogix dashboard and use the in-app support chat (available 24/7 with ~5 minute response time), or email support@coralogix.com. State your intention to cancel and request termination at the end of your current term.
Send formal written notice
For the cancellation to be legally binding per Coralogix's Terms & Conditions (§16.2), send a written termination notice to legal@coralogix.com at least 30 days before your current term expires. Include your account name, organization ID, and the intended termination date.
Confirm with your Account Manager
If you have a dedicated Technical Account Manager (provided with paid plans), contact them directly to confirm cancellation and clarify the exact end date, any outstanding invoices, and data deletion timeline.
Receive cancellation confirmation
Coralogix support will confirm the cancellation in writing. Your access continues until the end of the current paid term. After termination, all rights to use the service expire and Coralogix deletes your data.
