Locate your Account Manager
Check your original purchase confirmation or onboarding email for the name and email of your assigned Keysight account executive. Every Eggplant enterprise customer is assigned a named account manager who handles all contract changes.
Review your contract terms
Before contacting Keysight, check whether you purchased 'Annual Services'. Annual Services are explicitly non-cancellable and non-refundable per the Keysight Terms of Sale (https://portal.hub.eggplant.cloud/hub/mi-cloud-saas-terms.pdf). Non-annual services require 30 days written notice.
Send written cancellation notice
Email your account manager or ep-sales@keysight.com with a written notice of intent to cancel. Include your company name, contract/order number, and the requested termination date. For non-annual services, termination takes effect 30 days after notice is received.
Submit a support ticket (if no response)
If you cannot reach your account manager, go to https://support.eggplantsoftware.com/create-a-support-ticket and submit a ticket using your work email. Select your product and describe the cancellation request in the ticket body.
Call Keysight directly (if needed)
As a fallback, call Keysight's US toll-free line at 1-800-829-4444 or visit https://www.keysight.com/us/en/contact.html to find regional contact numbers. Request to speak with someone in the Eggplant account or sales team.
Request your Customer Data export
Within 30 days of your cancellation effective date, request a copy of all Customer Data from Keysight in writing. Keysight will provide it in a mutually agreeable format. Failing to request within the 30-day window may result in permanent data deletion.
