Open Instagram and go to your profile
Open the Instagram app and tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Open the menu
Tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the top-right corner of your profile page.
Go to Settings
Tap 'Settings and privacy' from the menu that appears.
Navigate to Subscriptions
Tap 'Account', then select 'Subscriptions' to see all active Instagram subscriptions (creator subscriptions, No Ads subscription, or Meta Verified).
Select the subscription to cancel
Tap the specific subscription you want to cancel (e.g., a creator's subscription, the 'No Ads' plan, or 'Meta Verified').
Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
Tap the 'Cancel Subscription' button on the subscription detail screen. If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, you will be redirected to manage the subscription through those platforms instead.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your cancellation when prompted. For Apple: open the Settings app → tap your name → 'Subscriptions' → select Instagram → tap 'Cancel Subscription'. For Google Play: open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → 'Payments & subscriptions' → 'Subscriptions' → select Instagram → tap 'Cancel subscription'.
