Log in to Pinterest
Go to pinterest.com and sign in to your account with your email and password.
Open Settings
Click your profile picture or the down-arrow icon in the top-right corner, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Billing
In the left-hand sidebar of Settings, click 'Billing'. This section shows your current plan, payment method, and subscription details.
Find the Subscriptions section
Scroll down within the Billing page to locate the 'Subscriptions' section listing your active Pinterest subscription (e.g., Pinterest Max or a promoted-pin plan).
Click Manage Subscription
Click the 'Manage Subscription' button next to your active plan. This may redirect you to your payment provider (Apple, Google, or PayPal) if your subscription was purchased through a mobile app.
Select Cancel Subscription
Click 'Cancel Subscription' (or 'Cancel Plan'). Pinterest may display a survey asking why you are canceling — select a reason and continue.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Confirm Cancellation' on the confirmation dialog. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
