Log into JetBrains Account
Go to account.jetbrains.com and sign in with your JetBrains account.
Open Subscriptions
Click on 'Subscriptions' in the left sidebar to see all your active JetBrains subscriptions (IntelliJ IDEA, WebStorm, All Products Pack, etc.).
Select the subscription to cancel
Find the subscription you want to cancel and click on it to expand the details.
Cancel auto-renewal
Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Do not renew'. JetBrains will show you the fallback version you'll be entitled to keep permanently.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. If subscribed for 12+ consecutive months, you get a perpetual fallback license.
引き止め対策
If you cancel your JetBrains subscription, you'll lose access to the latest IDE versions, updates, and new features. However, after 12 consecutive months of subscription, you receive a permanent fallback license for the version available at that time.
