Go to My Kaspersky account
Open your browser and navigate to my.kaspersky.com. Sign in with your Kaspersky account email and password.
Open the Subscriptions tab
After logging in, click on the 'Subscriptions' tab in the left-hand navigation menu to see all active subscriptions on your account.
Select your subscription
Click on the subscription you want to cancel (e.g., Kaspersky Standard, Plus, or Premium) to open its details.
Click 'Manage subscription'
In the subscription details panel, click the 'Manage subscription' button to open the subscription management menu.
Click 'Cancel subscription'
In the subscription menu that appears, click 'Cancel subscription'. Kaspersky will then display a screen listing your current subscription benefits to encourage you to stay.
Confirm cancellation
After reviewing the benefits screen, click 'Cancel subscription' again (not 'Continue subscription') to confirm that you want to turn off auto-renewal.
Dismiss confirmation notification
A confirmation notification appears stating auto-renewal is disabled. Click 'Go to subscription' to return to your Subscriptions tab. The subscription status will now show auto-renewal as off.
