Identify your NICE product line
Check your Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) or contract to determine which NICE product line you are on: CXone/CXone Integrated, NICE CX Solution family, or legacy NICE inContact. This determines which cancellation email address you must use.
Check your contract end date
Log in to your NICE support portal at niceprod.service-now.com/csm or contact your account manager to confirm your current subscription term end date. Non-renewal notice must be sent at least 60 days before the term expires.
Send Non-Renewal Notice by email
Send a written Non-Renewal Notice to the correct email address based on your product line: CXone/CXone Integrated → Contract-Unsubscribe@nice.com; NICE CX Solution family → CloudServicesUnsubscribe@nice.com; Legacy NICE inContact → ContractUnsubscribe@NICEinContact.com. State explicitly that you are electing not to renew your subscription.
Retain confirmation of notice
Keep any reply or delivery confirmation from NICE as proof that valid Non-Renewal Notice was received. Per NICE's Terms and Conditions, only email to the designated address constitutes valid notice — phone calls, chat, or conversations with your account manager do not qualify.
Export and download your data
After your subscription ends, NICE makes your content available for retrieval for up to 30 days. Log in to your account or contact support at niceprod.service-now.com/csm to download any data before this window closes. After 30 days, NICE may permanently delete all data.
