Log in to your account
Go to https://app.pirsch.io and log in with your credentials.
Open account menu
Click your account avatar or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu.
Go to Billing
Click 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.
Click 'Manage Your Subscription'
On the Billing page, click the 'Manage Your Subscription' button. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new page.
Cancel your plan in Stripe
In the Stripe customer portal, click 'Cancel plan' (or 'Cancel subscription'). Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which Pirsch will stop collecting traffic and the date filter will be locked to the cancellation date.
