Note: Redash Cloud is no longer available
Redash Cloud (app.redash.io), the hosted subscription service, was permanently shut down on November 30, 2021. Databricks (which acquired Redash) discontinued the hosted product. No active subscriptions exist — billing was stopped for all customers when the EOL was announced in July 2021.
Verify no active charges
Check your bank or credit card statements for any recurring charges from Redash or Databricks. If you find unexpected charges after November 2021, contact Databricks support at databricks.com/contact or dispute via your card provider.
Contact Databricks for billing disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, submit a support request through the Databricks support portal or email support@databricks.com. Reference the Redash EOL announcement (November 30, 2021) to support your case.
Migrate to self-hosted Redash (optional)
If you still need Redash functionality, the open-source self-hosted version remains available at github.com/getredash/redash. Deploy it on your own infrastructure following the official documentation at redash.io/help/open-source/setup.
