Can I keep using Kaspersky after cancelling?

If your subscription was purchased through a third-party reseller such as Nexway, there can be up to a 48-hour sync delay before the status updates in My Kaspersky. The cancellation action via the vendor is binding regardless of what the portal shows.

What is the difference between 'Cancel Subscription' and 'Remove from Account'?

'Cancel Subscription' disables auto-renewal and stops future charges. 'Remove from Account' only removes the entry from your My Kaspersky dashboard but does NOT cancel billing — you will still be charged on renewal. Always use 'Cancel Subscription' to stop charges.

Sign in to My Kaspersky

Go to https://my.kaspersky.com and sign in with the email address used at purchase.

Open Subscriptions tab

Click the 'Subscriptions' tab (Hungarian: 'Előfizetések') in the top navigation bar.

Select your subscription

Click the subscription panel for the product you want to cancel (e.g. Kaspersky Standard, Plus, Premium, VPN).

Click Manage Subscription

Click the 'Manage Subscription' button (Hungarian: 'Előfizetés kezelése') on the subscription detail view.

Select Cancel Subscription

In the dropdown menu that appears, click 'Cancel Subscription' (Hungarian: 'Előfizetés lemondása').

Dismiss retention screen

A screen listing subscription benefits is shown as a soft retention step. Review it and click 'Cancel Subscription' again to confirm — do not click 'Continue Subscription' (Hungarian: 'Előfizetés folytatása') which would abort the cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

After confirming, a success notification appears. Click 'Go to Subscription' (Hungarian: 'Ugrás az előfizetéshez') to return to the Subscriptions page. Auto-renewal is now disabled.
