Log in to FullStory
Go to app.fullstory.com and sign in with your account credentials.
Open Settings
Click the gear icon or your account avatar in the bottom-left corner to open Settings.
Navigate to Account Management > Subscription
In the Settings menu, select 'Account Management', then click on 'Subscription' to view your current plan and billing details.
Click 'Adjust Plan'
On the Subscription page, click the 'Adjust plan' button. This opens a contact form or drop-down to send a message to the FullStory team about changing your plan.
Request cancellation or downgrade
Select your reason and submit the request to cancel or downgrade to the free FullstoryFree plan. For self-serve Business plan accounts, you may be able to complete this in the UI. For Advanced and Enterprise accounts on annual contracts, FullStory will route you to your Account Executive to process the cancellation.
Confirm cancellation with your Account Executive (paid plans)
If on a paid annual contract, expect a follow-up from your assigned Account Executive. They may present a retention offer or alternative plan. Confirm your intent to cancel in writing. Alternatively, email support@fullstory.com directly to initiate the cancellation request.
Receive confirmation
FullStory will confirm the cancellation by email. Your account will revert to the free FullstoryFree tier or close entirely at the end of the billing period. Recorded session data remains accessible for up to 6 months after cancellation.
