Review your contract terms
Log into your Sprinto account and go to Settings → Plans to confirm your current plan, billing cycle, and contract end date. Note that Sprinto uses annual contracts (12 months, billed upfront) — there is no monthly or self-serve cancellation option.
Locate your Customer Success Manager
Find the name and email of your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) from your onboarding emails or in-app account details. The CSM is the primary contact for all contract and billing changes.
Export your compliance data
Before initiating cancellation, request a full data export from within the platform or by contacting support. You only have a 45-day window after account termination to recover your data — after that it is permanently deleted.
Send a written cancellation notice
Email your CSM directly and CC support@sprinto.com. Include your company name, contract or Order Form number, and a clear statement of intent to cancel or not renew. Request written confirmation of the cancellation.
Use in-app chat if email is unresponsive
If you are on a Professional, Advanced, or Enterprise plan, use the in-app live chat (available 24/5) to follow up on your cancellation request. Starter plan customers are limited to email support only.
Confirm termination in writing
Ensure you receive a written termination acknowledgment from Sprinto before your billing date. Keep this on file. If you are on AWS Marketplace, also manage the subscription cancellation through your AWS Marketplace console.
