Can I cancel my Juro subscription online without contacting anyone?

No. Juro does not offer a self-service cancellation button in the dashboard or account settings. Cancellation must be initiated by contacting your Account Manager or emailing support@juro.com.

What happens to my contracts and data after I cancel?

You retain full access to export your contracts (PDF/CSV) during your active subscription. After termination, you have a 60-day window to request a complete data backup from Juro, which they must deliver within 30 days. After that window, all your data is permanently deleted from Juro's systems.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel before my subscription ends?

No. Juro's standard MSA does not provide refunds for prepaid fees on early termination. The only exception is a narrow GDPR subprocessor objection scenario. Your subscription remains active through the end of the paid period.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel?

At least 30 days' written notice before your renewal date, as specified in Juro's MSA. Your individual Order Form may specify a longer notice window. If you miss this window, your subscription auto-renews for another full annual term.

Can I reactivate my Juro account after cancelling?

Yes, but it requires contacting Juro's sales or account team and signing a new Order Form. There is no self-service reactivation.

What if I miss the 30-day notice window before my renewal?

If you do not send written cancellation notice at least 30 days before your renewal date, your subscription automatically renews for another full annual term and you will be billed accordingly. It is recommended to begin the cancellation process 60–90 days before renewal to allow time for any negotiations.

Check your renewal date

Locate your renewal date in your original Order Form or contract confirmation email. You must give notice at least 30 days before this date — missing the window locks you in for another full annual term.

Export your data

Before initiating cancellation, export all your contracts from the Juro platform in PDF and/or CSV format using the export tools in the product interface.

Contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager

Email your assigned Account Manager or Customer Success Manager directly (check your original onboarding emails for their contact). This is the primary cancellation path. Alternatively, email support@juro.com or use the in-product live chat widget.

Send written notice of termination

State clearly in writing that you wish to terminate your subscription at the end of the current contract period. Include your company name and account details. Written notice (email) is required per the MSA.

Receive cancellation confirmation

Wait for Juro to confirm the termination in writing. Your access and subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Request data backup if needed

After termination, you have a 60-day window to request a full backup of your Customer Data (delivered in PDF and CSV within 30 days). After this window closes, Juro will permanently erase all your data.
