Can I still access my data after cancelling?

No. SpeedCurve explicitly warns that you will not be able to access your data after your account is cancelled. Export your Synthetic and RUM data before cancelling.

When does my access end after cancellation?

For monthly and annual credit-card plans, access continues until the end of your current billing period. For annual invoiced plans, access ends when your term expires — these plans simply don't auto-renew.

SpeedCurve offers a no-questions-asked full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription. Email support@speedcurve.com with your account details. No refunds are issued after 30 days.

How do I cancel if I'm an Enterprise customer?

Enterprise customers cannot self-cancel via the dashboard. Email support@speedcurve.com to initiate cancellation.

How do I cancel a Pay-As-You-Go account?

Pay-As-You-Go customers should cancel through their billing portal rather than the Admin > Plan page.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

SpeedCurve's documentation does not mention a reactivation process. Contact support@speedcurve.com if you wish to restart a cancelled account, but note that your previous data will not be recoverable once the account is closed.

Go to app.speedcurve.com and sign in to your account with your credentials.

Export your data (recommended)

Before cancelling, export your data since it becomes inaccessible after cancellation. Export Synthetic data and RUM data from your dashboard while you still have access.

Navigate to Admin

Click on 'Admin' in the top navigation menu to open the account administration section.

Go to the Plan page

Within the Admin section, click on 'Plan' to open your current subscription details.

Click 'Cancel your plan'

Scroll to find the 'Cancel your plan' link on the Admin > Plan page and click it. For free trial accounts, scroll to the bottom of the main 'Admin' page instead and use the cancellation/delete option there.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen confirmation prompts. Your plan will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). Annual invoiced plans simply do not auto-renew — no action needed beyond choosing not to renew.
