Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, even after you cancel.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Discovery+ does not offer prorated refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable, so you will retain access through the period you already paid for.

Can I reactivate my Discovery+ subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by visiting discoveryplus.com and signing back in to your account.

Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the Discovery+ app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your account settings or through the platform you used to subscribe (e.g. Apple, Google Play, Amazon).

What if I subscribed through a third party like Apple, Google, or Amazon?

If you subscribed via Apple, you must cancel through iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. For Google Play, go to Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. For Amazon Prime Video Channels, go to amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions. For Roku, visit my.roku.com/subscriptions.

How do I know who bills me for Discovery+?

Sign in at discoveryplus.com, click your profile icon, then go to Account → Subscription. It will show which platform or service is billing you for Discovery+.

Go to Discovery+ and sign in

Visit discoveryplus.com and sign in to your account using your email and password.

Open your profile menu

Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

Go to Account settings

Select 'Account' from the dropdown menu that appears under your profile icon.

Open Subscription settings

In the Account page, locate the Subscription section and click on it to view your current plan details.

Click 'Cancel Your Subscription'

Click the 'Cancel Your Subscription' button. Discovery+ may present you with offers to pause your subscription or switch to a cheaper plan — you can skip these and proceed.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
