You will lose: 2 server boosts, custom emoji anywhere, larger file uploads (up to 500MB vs 25MB), HD video streaming at 4K/60fps, custom profile features (banners, animated avatars), and access to Nitro-exclusive games if still available.

What happens to servers I boosted with Nitro?

Server boosts are tied to your Nitro subscription. When Nitro ends, any boosts you applied to servers are removed. The servers you boosted will lose the boost-tier perks you provided.

Can I cancel Nitro if I purchased through the mobile app?

If you subscribed via iOS or Android, you must cancel through the App Store or Google Play respectively, not through Discord directly. Go to your device subscription settings and cancel Nitro there.

Open Discord

Open the Discord desktop app or go to discord.com and sign in to your account.

Go to User Settings

Click the gear icon near your username in the lower-left corner to open User Settings.

Open Nitro settings

In the left sidebar of User Settings, click "Nitro" to view your current subscription details.

Cancel Nitro

Click "Cancel" next to your Nitro subscription. Discord will show you what perks you will lose upon cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Click "Cancel Nitro" on the confirmation popup. Your Nitro perks remain active until the end of the current billing period.
