Do I lose access to game saves if I cancel EA Play?

Your EA account data, including game saves stored on EA servers, remains intact after cancellation. You will lose access to EA Play vault games and new game trial access.

Is EA Play included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Yes. EA Play is bundled with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on both Xbox consoles and PC. If you have Game Pass Ultimate, you do not need a separate EA Play subscription.

Visit the EA website

Go to ea.com and sign in to your EA account.

Go to EA Account & Billing

Click your profile name in the top-right corner and select "EA Account & Billing" from the dropdown.

Open Subscriptions

Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab to view your active EA Play or EA Play Pro membership.

Cancel your membership

Click "Cancel Membership" next to your EA Play plan. You will see a summary of your remaining access period.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the prompts to confirm. Your EA Play benefits continue until the current period ends. A confirmation email will be sent to your EA account email.
