What happens to my Gmail, Photos, and Drive files after cancellation?

You immediately drop back to the 15 GB free tier shared across Gmail, Drive, and Photos. Files already stored are not deleted immediately, but you cannot receive new emails or upload new files once you exceed 15 GB.

Visit one.google.com and sign in with your Google account.

Open Settings

Click 'Settings' in the left sidebar menu.

Manage Subscription

Scroll to the 'Subscription' section and click 'Manage subscription'.

Cancel Membership

Click 'Cancel membership' and follow the on-screen prompts. Google may present a storage summary showing what you would lose.

Confirm Cancellation

Select your reason for cancelling and click 'Continue' then 'Confirm'. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email from Google.
