IDrive will delete all your cloud backup data when your account is closed or after a grace period. You should download or restore all critical backups before cancelling.

Go to idrive.com and sign in with your IDrive account credentials.

Access Account Settings

Click your username in the top-right corner and select 'Account Settings' or 'My Account' from the dropdown.

Navigate to Subscription

Go to the 'Account' or 'Subscription' tab to view your current plan and billing details.

Request Account Deletion or Cancellation

IDrive requires you to submit a cancellation or account deletion request. Click 'Delete Account' or 'Cancel Plan' and follow the prompts. You may need to contact support at support@idrive.com for some plan types.

Confirm and Back Up Data

Confirm the cancellation. IDrive will send a confirmation email. Download or restore any important backup data before the account closure date, as all cloud backups will be deleted upon cancellation.
