No. Center (GetCenter) does not offer a self-service cancellation button in the account portal. Account closure must be initiated through email (support@getcenter.com) or phone (1-888-355-0887).

What happens to my company's CenterCards after cancellation?

All physical and virtual CenterCards are terminated on the closure date. The issuing bank returns any unused card funds to your company after applicable fees are deducted.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Center's Spend Management Services are currently provided at no charge to customers, so there is typically no subscription fee to refund. If your contract includes any paid tiers, contact support to discuss proration or refund eligibility.

How do I retrieve my expense data after closing my account?

Center's terms grant you 90 days after account closure to request an export of your original company data. Contact support@getcenter.com or privacy@getcenter.com immediately upon or before cancellation to schedule the export.

Are there early termination fees?

Go to https://my.app-center.com/ and sign in with your company administrator credentials.

Contact Center Support

Because account closure is handled through support rather than a self-service UI, navigate to the Customer Success Portal at https://getcenter.my.site.com/s/ or email support@getcenter.com with your account details and a request to close your Expense Management Account and terminate all CenterCard services.

Call 1-888-355-0887 (24/7 line) or 870-455-8522. During business hours (7am–7pm CST, Mon–Fri) you reach a dedicated support agent. State you want to close your account and cancel all CenterCard services.

Confirm termination details

Ask support to confirm: the effective cancellation date, whether any early termination clauses apply to your contract, and how unused card balances will be returned by the issuing bank (net of any fees).

Request your company data export

Per Center's terms, you have 90 days after account closure to request your original company expense data. Ask the support agent to initiate or schedule this export before or at cancellation time.

Verify all cards are terminated

Confirm with support that all physical and virtual CenterCards issued to employees are deactivated on the agreed closure date. Notify cardholders in advance so they can transition to another payment method.
