Yes. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. Recording and access to stored footage continues through the final day of the active subscription. No automatic renewal occurs after the subscription period ends.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

No. Hikvision's terms of service explicitly state that subscribers are not entitled to any refund or rebate upon cancellation or when the service is changed or discontinued. Subscriptions are treated as non-refundable once the billing period has started.

What happens to my recorded footage and data after cancellation?

After your subscription ends, previously recorded video and alarm history remain accessible during the configured storage retention window. Once that retention period expires, the data is automatically and permanently deleted. Download any important footage before your subscription lapses.

Can I reactivate my HikCentral Cloud subscription after canceling?

Yes, you can reactivate by purchasing a new subscription through your Hikvision account or authorized reseller. However, any data that was deleted after the retention window expired cannot be recovered.

Log in to your Hikvision account

Go to hikvision.com and sign in to your Hikvision account using your registered email and password. You must be logged in before accessing the cancellation form.

Navigate to the Cancel Subscription form

Go directly to https://www.hikvision.com/en/all-forms/cancel-subscribe/ (or the US version at https://www.hikvision.com/us-en/all-forms/cancel-subscribe/). This is Hikvision's official cancellation form page.

Select your subscription type

On the form, identify and select 'HikCentral Cloud' as your subscription product from the available options. The form covers multiple Hikvision subscription products.

Fill in your account and subscription details

Enter your account information including registered email address, account ID or username, and subscription/order details. Provide any additional information requested in the form fields.

State your reason for cancellation

Select or enter a cancellation reason when prompted. This is typically a required field on the form.

Submit the cancellation request
