Yes. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not void the current subscription term. You will continue to receive boxes until your paid term ends. For multi-month plans, all boxes in the committed period will still be dispatched.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Refunds are only available within the 14-day cooling-off period after you first subscribe. After 14 days, LookFantastic does not offer refunds for the remaining subscription term. Contact beautybox@lookfantastic.com within 14 days if you wish to cancel for a refund.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by visiting lookfantastic.com/beauty-box and choosing a new subscription plan. Previous account details are retained.

What if I can't find the cancellation option in my account?

This is a known issue — some users report the Subscriptions section showing no active plans even when being charged. Contact LookFantastic directly via live chat on their website or email beautybox@lookfantastic.com. If that fails, contact your bank to block the recurring payment and raise a chargeback for unauthorised charges.

How do I make sure auto-renewal is truly off?

After cancelling, return to the 'Subscriptions' section and verify the auto-renewal toggle is shown as off. Request a written confirmation email from LookFantastic. Users have reported auto-renewal staying active silently, so this verification step is important.

Is there a deadline by which I must cancel to avoid the next charge?

Yes. You must turn off auto-renewal by the 25th of the month before your next box would dispatch. For example, to avoid being charged for a box dispatching in May, you must cancel auto-renewal before 25th April.

Log in to your account

Go to lookfantastic.com and click 'Sign In' in the top right corner. Enter your email and password, then click 'Sign In' to access your account.

Open My Account

Click on your name or the account icon in the top right corner to open the 'My Account' dropdown menu.

Navigate to Subscriptions

In your account dashboard, locate and click the 'Subscriptions' section. This lists all your active beauty box subscriptions.

Select your Beauty Box subscription

Find your active Beauty Box subscription in the list and click on it to open the subscription management options.

Cancel or turn off auto-renewal

Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Turn Off Auto-Renewal'. If on a multi-month plan (3, 6, or 12 months) that has not yet completed, the cancel button may be grayed out — in this case, only the 'Turn Off Auto-Renewal' option will be available to prevent future charges after the term ends.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation when prompted. You should receive a confirmation email to your registered address. If you do not, contact beautybox@lookfantastic.com to request written confirmation.
