Will my team lose access immediately after I cancel?

No. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but your team retains full NordPass Business access through the end of the current billing period. There is also a 7-day grace period after the subscription expires before access is fully removed.

Can I get a refund on my NordPass Business subscription?

NordPass Business offers a 14-day money-back guarantee, but only on the initial purchase. If you cancel within 14 calendar days of your first payment, contact support at support.nordpass.com to request a refund. Renewals are not eligible for refunds unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

Can I reactivate my NordPass Business plan after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe to NordPass Business at any time by visiting nordpass.com/plans/business/ and starting a new subscription. Your previous vault data may still be accessible if you reactivate before the data retention period ends.

What happens to my team's stored passwords after cancellation?

After the subscription expires and the grace period ends, team members lose access to shared vaults. It is strongly recommended to export all passwords before the subscription ends: go to Settings → Export Items → CSV format and enter your master password to confirm.

Does cancelling the subscription also delete the NordPass Business account?

No. Cancelling auto-renewal does not delete your business account or data immediately. To fully delete the business account, you must submit a separate request via the NordPass business contact form, which is only available to account administrators.

Who can cancel a NordPass Business subscription?

Only the account administrator (owner) of the NordPass Business plan can request cancellation. Individual team members cannot cancel the shared business subscription on their own.

Sign in to Nord Account

Go to my.nordaccount.com and log in with your business admin credentials (the account that owns the NordPass Business subscription).

Open Billing section

In the left sidebar of your Nord Account dashboard, click "Billing", then select the "Subscriptions" tab to view your active NordPass Business plan.

Locate your Business subscription

Find your NordPass Business subscription in the list. Note the current billing period end date — access continues until this date regardless of when you cancel.

Navigate to the Business cancellation support page

Go to the NordPass support article at support.nordpass.com/hc/en-us/articles/35954906496273. Unlike personal plans, NordPass Business does not offer a self-service "Cancel" button — cancellation must be processed through customer support.

Contact customer support

On the support article page, click the "Contact us" button at the bottom. You can reach support via live chat or by submitting an email ticket. State that you want to cancel your NordPass Business subscription auto-renewal and provide your account email and company name.

Confirm cancellation with support agent

The support agent will process the cancellation. Auto-renewal will be turned off and you will receive a confirmation email. Your team retains full access to NordPass Business until the end of the current billing period.
