from $0.00/month
Go to Microsoft Account
Visit account.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.
Open Services and Subscriptions
Click 'Services & subscriptions' in the top navigation bar to see all active Microsoft subscriptions.
Find Your OneDrive or Microsoft 365 Plan
Locate your OneDrive or Microsoft 365 subscription in the list. Note: OneDrive 100 GB is often sold as a standalone plan.
Cancel Subscription
Click 'Cancel' next to your subscription. Microsoft will show you what you will lose — click 'Continue to cancel'.
Confirm and Complete
Follow the final confirmation steps, selecting your reason for cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Retention Tips
We notice you're cancelling your OneDrive storage. Your documents, photos, and PC backup will stop syncing once your plan ends. If Microsoft 365 feels too expensive, a standalone 100 GB OneDrive plan is only $1.99/month. Would you like to switch to that instead of cancelling entirely?
